Process & Profile

Alma De Jaguar Tequila Blanco is an unfiltered, additive-free tequila handcrafted in the highlands of Jalisco at the revered NOM 1414, Feliciano Vivanco Distillery. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, this expression is a proprietary blend of two distillates: 80% fermented with wild yeast and 20% with French champagne yeast, creating a uniquely vibrant and layered profile. The tequila is sustainably produced, bottled by hand at the source, and reflects a commitment to eco-conscious practices—from recycled packaging to reclaimed agave fiber labels.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Cooked agave, orange zest, honey, cucumber, sea salt, and cracked pepper

  • Palate: Citrus-forward and floral with notes of agave, pineapple, clove, honeydew, bell pepper, and a touch of brine

  • Finish: Crisp and peppery with lingering orange, grapefruit, sea salt, and minerality

What Makes It Special

  • Blend of two tequilas fermented with wild yeast and champagne yeast for depth

  • Bottled unfiltered for enhanced purity and complexity

  • Sustainably made using recycled materials and eco-conscious methods

  • Created in collaboration with NOM 1414’s Sergio Cruz and tequila expert Adam Fodor

  • Proceeds support wild jaguar conservation in Mexico and the U.S.
