Process & Profile

Clase Azul Plata is crafted from mature Blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco’s Highlands. The agave is slow-roasted, fermented, and double-distilled. This unaged blanco tequila undergoes a five-step polishing filtration process, enhancing clarity and texture. Each bottle is a hand-painted Talavera ceramic decanter, meticulously crafted by artisans in Santa Maria Canchesda.
