Código 1530 Origen Tequila Extra Añejo
Extra Añejo Tequila | 40% ABV (80 Proof) | 750mL

Process & Profile

Código 1530 Origen is the brand’s most aged and luxurious expression, matured for over six years in Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon French oak barrels. Produced at NOM 1616 in Amatitán, Jalisco, it is made using only fully mature Blue Weber agave cooked in stainless steel ovens, fermented with local baker’s yeast, and distilled without additives. The extended aging in wine-seasoned barrels imparts deep, rich layers that bridge the boldness of aged tequila with the elegance of fine wine and oak.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Rich oak, dried fig, cinnamon, and roasted agave

  • Palate: Silky waves of vanilla, cocoa, spice, toasted tobacco, and red berries

  • Finish: Exceptionally smooth and enduring, with a warm, wine-kissed finish
