Don Fulano Añejo Tequila
Añejo Tequila | 40% ABV (80 Proof) | 750mL

Process & Profile

Don Fulano Añejo Tequila is a masterfully aged spirit that spends nearly three years maturing in a carefully curated selection of French oak barrels. Crafted at the renowned La Tequileña distillery (NOM 1146) in the Highlands of Jalisco, it is made from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave. The tequila is distilled using a dual-column and copper pot still method and remains additive-free, preserving the rich, natural character of the agave and oak. This expression strikes a delicate balance between old-world barrel influence and vibrant agave purity.

  • Nose: Dried fruit, roasted agave, warm vanilla, and toasted oak
