Crafted at Destilería El Pandillo (NOM 1579) by fourth-generation distiller Felipe Camarena, G4 Blanco 108 is distilled from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave cooked in stone ovens and crushed with a traditional tahona. Fermentation uses rainwater and spring water (50/50), and distillation takes place in copper pot stills before bottling undiluted at 108 proof. This expression is made in limited quantities and designed as a bold, unfiltered showcase of agave intensity.
