Garrison Brothers Guadalupe Bourbon Whiskey 2025 Edition
Texas Straight Bourbon | 53.5% ABV (107 Proof) | 750 mL | Limited Release

Process & Profile

The 2025 release of Guadalupe is a bold Texas bourbon that undergoes dual maturation: four years in new American white oak barrels followed by two years in imported tawny port wine casks from Portugal. This process infuses the whiskey with layers of fruit, spice, and sweetness while retaining the robust depth expected from Garrison Brothers. Produced grain-to-glass in Hye, Texas, using a mash bill of 74% corn, 15% soft red winter wheat, and 11% malted barley, only about 8,600 bottles are available, each individually numbered and dipped in copper-colored wax.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Dark berries, raisin, port syrup, crème brûlée, and milk chocolate

  • Palate: Rich raisin, plum, leather, chocolate, cinnamon toast, and toasted coffee beans

  • Finish: Long, slightly dry with brownie mix, leather, and subtle spice

What Makes It Special

  • Aged 4 years in oak, then 2 years in port wine casks

  • Made with Texas-grown grains in small-batch production

  • Limited run of 8,600 bottles for 2025

  • Individually numbered and hand-dipped in wax

  • High-proof at 107 for a bold yet refined profile

How to Enjoy

Sip neat in a Glencairn glass to experience the full aromatic range. Let it breathe for several minutes to enhance its complexity. For a softer profile, add a single large ice cube. Excellent when paired with chocolate-based desserts or rich cheeses.
