Joseph Phelps Insignia Napa Valley Red Wine 2022
Proprietary Red Blend | 14.5% ABV | 750mL
Process & Profile
The 2022 vintage of Joseph Phelps Insignia continues the winery’s legacy of producing one of Napa Valley’s most iconic red blends. Composed predominantly of Cabernet Sauvignon, the blend is sourced from estate-owned vineyards across several prestigious AVAs including Stags Leap, Rutherford, and St. Helena. The wine was aged for 24 months in 100% new French oak barrels and carefully selected from top coopers such as Darnajou, Taransaud, and Sylvain. The result is a powerful, layered red wine that expresses both richness and site-specific nuance.
