Old Forester 1910 Old Fine Bourbon Whisky
750mL | 93 Proof (46.5% ABV) | Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey | Louisville, Kentucky
Process & Profile
Old Forester 1910 Old Fine Bourbon is the fourth and final expression in the brand’s Whiskey Row Series, paying tribute to a historical moment when a fire in 1910 halted bottling and the whiskey had to be stored in new barrels for a second time. This double-barreled method creates a uniquely smooth and refined bourbon with an elevated depth of flavor.
After initial aging in a standard new charred oak barrel, the whiskey is filtered and transferred into a second, heavily charred barrel for further maturation. This second barreling imparts a rich, almost dessert-like quality to the final spirit.
