Patrón Añejo Tequila

100% Blue Weber Agave | 80 Proof (40% ABV)

Process & Profile

Patrón Añejo Tequila is a premium aged expression crafted in small batches at Hacienda Patrón in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It begins with 100% Blue Weber agave, hand-harvested and slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens. The cooked agave is then crushed using a combination of tahona wheel and roller mill, fermented in wooden vats, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. The tequila is aged for over 12 months in a blend of American oak, French oak, and Hungarian oak barrels, developing rich depth and a warm, oaky complexity.

This aging process results in a tequila that bridges the gap between agave-forward brightness and aged spirit richness.
