Real Del Valle Tequila Reposado
Process & Profile
Real Del Valle Tequila Reposado is a community-driven spirit crafted by agaveros in the fertile valleys of Guanajuato, Mexico, where families have cultivated 100% Blue Weber agave for over 25 years, some for five generations. Produced in Jalisco under NOM 1514 (Degollado) and NOM 1639 (Peña), the agave from the Bajio region is hand-harvested and slow-cooked before being twice distilled in copper-lined stills. The tequila is then aged for 4 to 6 months in American oak barrels, imparting subtle oak and spice notes while preserving the agave’s natural character. Bottled at 40% ABV, this reposado is additive-free, reflecting sustainable farming practices and a deep commitment to quality and local community support.
