Process & Profile

Saldo is crafted by The Prisoner Wine Company using grapes from premier Northern California vineyards across Dry Creek, Lodi, Amador, Sierra Foothills, Mendocino, Sonoma Valley, Moon Mountain, and more. The 85% Zinfandel is complemented by 15% Petite Sirah and Syrah, fermented in stainless steel, and aged nine months in French and American oak (25% new), delivering bold, fruit-forward depth with structural balance.
