St. George Terroir Gin
750 mL | 45% ABV (90 Proof) | American Craft Gin | California Terroir-Inspired
Process & Profile
St. George Terroir Gin captures the essence of California’s wild landscapes—Douglas fir, bay laurel, coastal sage, and chaparral—transporting you with every sip. Douglas fir and sage are distilled separately to preserve their seasonal character. Fresh bay laurel and juniper are vapor-infused, and wok-roasted coriander joins the rest of the botanicals in the pot still to build a richly aromatic base.
