Yellow Spot 12 Year Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey | 46% ABV (92 Proof) | 750 mL
Process & Profile
Yellow Spot revives Mitchell & Son’s original 12-year old bonded whiskey, distilled at Midleton. Crafted from a mix of malted and unmalted barley, it’s triple distilled and matured in a blend of American bourbon, Spanish sherry, and Malaga wine casks, then bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered.

What Makes It Special
